Wedding Favours Package - Wax Melts
- Full Payment Requirement: Clients are required to make full payment to secure the custom wedding candle service, encompassing the initial consultation, design planning, and production reservation.

Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made within 2 weeks of purchase and before the production commences are eligible for a full refund

Cancellation Fee After 2 Weeks: Cancellations occurring after 2 weeks from the purchase date and before the start of production will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Once the production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

Rescheduling (Before Production): Clients have the flexibility to reschedule their service before the production has started, and this can be done free of charge, contingent upon availability.

Change Requests: Changes to the initial design plan or order details are accepted within 7 days of booking. However, once the production begins, changes are not possible.

Client Responsibilities: Clients bear the responsibility of providing accurate information during the consultation. Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may result in adjustments to the production timeline.

Communication: All communication regarding cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be made in writing via email. Verbal requests will not be considered valid.

Refusal of Service: The service provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate or offensive requests.
