What will my personalised box contain?
Your box will contain 10 large personalised scented soy candles that will burn for up to 50 hours each and 50 small personalised scented soy candles that will burn for up to 18 hours each. Each candle will come individually in a box.
Please note that it will take at least two weeks for your candles to be ready. I will get in touch with you to sort out all the details beforehand.

PLEASE NOTE: This number is the minimum order quantity available for this service. If you would like to add more candles to your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss your needs and I will provide you with a tailored quote.
Cancellation, Amendment & Rescheduling Policy
- Full Payment Requirement: Clients are required to make full payment to secure the custom wedding candle service, encompassing the initial consultation, design planning, and production reservation.
- Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made within 2 weeks of purchase and before the production commences are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellation Fee After 2 Weeks: Cancellations occurring after 2 weeks from the purchase date and before the start of production will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Once the production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Rescheduling (Before Production): Clients have the flexibility to reschedule their service before the production has started, and this can be done free of charge, contingent upon availability.
- Change Requests: Changes to the initial design plan or order details are accepted within 7 days of booking. However, once the production begins, changes are not possible.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients bear the responsibility of providing accurate information during the consultation. Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may result in adjustments to the production timeline.
- Communication: All communication regarding cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be made in writing via email. Verbal requests will not be considered valid.
- Refusal of Service: The service provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate or offensive requests.
By proceeding with the booking, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation and rescheduling policy. This policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and clear guidelines for the custom wedding candle service.
